Adroit have come first in the EG Radius league tables, transacting 481,490 sqft of warehouse and logistics space in the East of England in the first half of 2025.

The league table covers the lettings and occupational sales that the team completed within Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire but doesn't include our deals in Buckinghamshire and within North London. Within that wider geography the team transacted 544,631 sqft in 23 transactions. 

Notable transactions within the first half of 2025 include - 

• Our two lettings at Luton Enterprise Park on behalf of London Metric totalling 125,241 sqft
• The letting of Unit 2 G Park Biggleswade to Tramo totalling 106,388 sqft 
• The letting of three units at Eldon Way, Biggleswade on behalf of Chesham Capital 
• The letting of two units at Caxton Park, Bedford on behalf of Nuveen
• The letting of 42,765 sqft to Urban Automotive at Tongwell 42, Milton Keynes on behalf of Mileway
• And the letting of 10,832 sqft in Brackley to the Mercedes Petronas AMG F1 team on behalf of W E Black
