A further trio of lettings at Eldon Way, Biggleswade

A trio of lettings have recently completed at Eldon Way, Biggleswade. Unit 1 Eldon Way (6,110 sqft) has been let to Eagle Ray Logistics, Units 9 and 10 Eldon Way (10,650 sqft) have been let to Apex Security Engineering Ltd relocating from Letchworth and Units 12a & 14 Eldon Way ( 15,485 sqft) have been let to Hilt Material Supplies.

The estate was recently purchased by Chesham Capital who have started to deliver on an ambitious business plan of refurbishing units and uplifting the estate. Following this flurry of deals Unit 2 (6,013 sqft) remains available and Unit 5 (5,532 sqft) is due to be refurbished shortly.

Biggleswade has become an increasingly popular location for industrial and logistics in the past 5 years. As locations further south including Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin become more expensive, Biggleswade has become a pocket of supply offering value in comparison.

Large developments by GLP and Tritax have also helped to put Biggleswade on the logistics map. With large scale residential development also being delivered in Biggeswade employers have a potential workforce on their doorstep.

These deals follow a similar trio of lettings at Caxton Park, Bedford and demonstrate good demand for well refurbished, second hand space.
