Third letting completes at Swift, Waltham Cross

The SWIFT Waltham Cross scheme has seen two deals in quick succession recently and we’re pleased to announce that the rear terrace is now fully let. Only Unit 1 - the prominent 49,378 sq ft detached unit at the front of the scheme remains.

All Safe and Sound have acquired Unit 4 (24,960 sqft). ASAS specialise in quality Audio Visual Solutions for all occasions and events and Union Coffee who “spread the joy of speciality coffee” have leased Unit 3 (23,419 sqft). They join IMS Smithfield Butchers who occupied Unit 2 (24,796 sqft) last year.

Steve Williams commented “Landing these two tenants in the current challenging North London market is testament to the creative nature of the deals we constructed for the tenants and the quality of the buildings built by our clients Wrenbridge and Morgan Stanley. We do have conversations ongoing for Unit 1 and you never know we might just get a hat trick during the World Cup!”

The terrace units were all built to an impressive specification including 12m clear internal height, 2 level access loading doors per unit, 31.5m yard depth and generous parking. Features such as heating and cooling within the office areas, PV panels on the roof, 32 EV charging points and 8 E-bike charging points all contributed to an EPC A+ rating. 

The deals come during a busy summer period for Adroit who have transacted over 500,000 sqft in 24 transactions already this year. Other highlights from the quarter include the prelet of 47,431 sqft at High Wycombe X, the letting of two units at Martinbridge Trade Park Enfield totalling 19,216 sqft and the letting of 43,474 sqft at Luton Enterprise Park.
