Adroit Real Estate Advisors Welcomes Steve Turner to Lead Lease Advisory Team

Adroit Real Estate Advisors, the niche industrial and logistics property advisor, is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Turner MRICS as Head of Lease Advisory. With over 35 years of commercial property expertise, Steve joins Adroit from Rapleys, where he successfully led the lease consultancy team.

Steve brings a proven track record of delivering strategic lease consultancy to institutional landlords, national occupiers, private clients and financial institutions. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 his career spans public and private sectors, including roles at Luton Borough Council and Lambert Smith Hampton, before joining Rapleys in 2003 and becoming a Partner in 2011. At Adroit, Steve will focus on enhancing occupational strategies, rent reviews and lease renewals, aligning with the firm's commitment to innovative, client-focused advice in the industrial and logistics sector.

The addition of Steve Turner comes as the business looks back on a busy 2025. During that time the business transacted over 1.5m sqft of industrial and logistics space. Notable deals during 2025 include the letting of Ox277 in Houghton Regis to JD.com, the sale of two new units at A41 Connect and the letting of DC9 Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead to Aerospheres. 

In addition, the team also won new instructions including 265,000 sq ft in 6 buildings at High Wycombe X in High Wycombe, 100,000 sqft in 3 buildings at Express Park in Rushden, DC7 at Marston Gate totalling 87,000 sqft and 32,000 sqft at Horizon Point in Hemel Hempstead.
