JD.com the chinese internet reatiler has aquired the 150,000 sq ft refurbished unit on a new 10 year lease. This success follows the recent letting of the adjoining 116,000 sq ft unit next door, to online pet food supplier Viovet.

JD.com will use the unit for their specialist temperature controlled operation as they increase their presence across the region following the earlier acquisition of 530,000 sq ft at PLP Milton Keynes in 2025 and 277,000 sq ft at Dunstable in late 2024
