In a boost to Aylesbury's commercial property market, Adroit Real Estate Advisors have successfully completed two significant lettings to major healthcare providers. The deals, completed in December 2025, involve high-profile tenants the National Health Service (NHS) and Millbrook Healthcare. 

The first transaction sees 7 Garside Way, a detached, refurbished unit of 11,186 sqft let to The NHS on a new lease. The unit will assist the NHS with the maintaince of their vehicle fleet. Meanwhile, 1 Millennium Point has been let to Millbrook Healthcare, a specialist in community equipment and wheelchair services. Millbrook have recently taken over a number of the NRS Healthcare contracts after NRS fell into administration earlier this year. Unit 1 Millenium Point totals 20,038 sqft and will allow Millbrook to service their NHS contracts in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

Alongside the food sector, the healthcare sector continues to be a key source of enquiries for us across the region. With both of these units now let we are left with one vacant unit at Millenium Point. Unit 6 totals 6,623 sqft and is immediately available to rent on a new lease.

Whilst these are the last two Adroit deals to complete this year, we hope to announce some further deals in January, including the letting of 53,000 sqft in Buckingham to a local occupier."
