As part of the ongoing growth of the business we’ve expanded into bigger, brighter premises within Butterfield Business Park, Great Marlings, Luton. An upgrade to our previous two suites in the Park the new space allows for further expansion and of course includes the obligatory orange accents.

The move comes just weeks after the appointment of Steve Turner MRICS as Head of Lease Advisory and follows an exceptionally busy start to 2026.

Steve joined the team on 5 January, bringing more than 35 years’ specialist experience in rent reviews, lease renewals and occupational strategy. His arrival has allowed us to launch a dedicated lease advisory service that complements our core industrial and logistics agency work, and the response from clients has been immediate.

It’s been an exceptionally busy start to the year with a number of deals happening in the first six weeks of 2026. These include the letting of 151,040 sqft at Progress Park, Bedford to JD.com and the completion of 53,000 sq ft in Buckingham to HG Timber for our clients Mileway. We expect to announce more deals shortly in Hemel Hempstead, Waltham Cross and Dunstable.
