Adroit Real Estate Advisors (AREA) have topped the Q1 2024 League Tables for Industrial within the East of England. The niche advisors transacted just under 300,000 sqft in 11 deals - almost double that of their closest competitor during a slightly more challenging period in the market. 

The EG Radius league tables are widely considered to be the most accurate statistics of agent activity in the market. To put this performance into context, Adroit ended 2023 in second place in the East of England, transacting 657,000 sqft within 30 deals. Outside of this, Adroit also concluded deals within the South East (Milton Keynes) and Greater London. 

Highlights from Q1 included the letting of 116,305 sqft at Progress Park in Bedford to Viovet, the letting of RD55 in Hoddesdon to Ingram Micro, the letting of Unit 3 Union Park, Leighton Buzzard to IAA on behalf of Tritax and the completion of a handful of deals at Roebuck Trade Park in Stevenage for IPIF to occupiers including Careco and Enfield Electrical. 

The first half of Q2 has seen further deals including the letting of 23,000 sqft at Mill Park, Milton Keynes to Empel Systems and 40,000 sqft at Caxton Road in Bedford to Manor Concepts. With a further 500,000 sqft of space currently under offer we are optimistic that Q2 will demonstate a further strong performance from team as the business turns 6 years old this month.
