Adroit Real Estate Advisors (AREA) have been appointed by Henry Boot Developments to join the agency team at Butterfield, Luton. The appointment comes as Henry Boot work towards practical completion of The Quad, a new speculative development of 10 units ranging in size from 3,864 sqft to 16,994 sqft.

The well specified units are due to complete in phases from June 2019 onwards and will benefit from 6-8m clear internal height, loading doors to each unit, first floor fitted offices, generous car parking / yard areas and a BREEAM Good Rating.

We are thrilled to be involved with Butterfield and have been watching the steels go up from our office on the park. Our last Luton and Dunstable market review  highlighted the lack of available stock and the clear preference from occupiers for good quality accommodation. As the first multi unit scheme delivered in Luton and Dunstable for a number of years, we expect Butterfield to be well received, especially as it offers both freehold and leasehold options.

In addition to The Quad, Butterfield has a further 50 acres of development land with capacity to deliver design and build opportunities from 20,000 upwards, for B1, B2 and B8 uses, again on either a freehold or leasehold basis. Further information on the available units can be found on the AREA website and on the dedicated Butterfield website
